Workshop Cancellation Policy

For bookings cancelled more than 28 days in advance, a FULL refund will be given.
For cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the workshop, the full cost of the workshop can be credited to a new booking date or a gift voucher.
With short notice/last minute cancellations, GlassAlisa will not refund or credit however, GlassAlisa will always try to accommodate.
If the Met Office issues a severe weather warning and flooding, snow/ice make roads unsafe, GlassAlisa will happily reschedule your course.
If GlassAlisa is forced to cancel your workshop, a FULL refund will be given.

Health & safety policy and disclaimer

For your safety, you are required to read this information before participating in this workshop. The workshop is about having fun and learning a new skill, but it’s also about staying safe.

Due to the nature of working with glass and other materials, some safety precautions are necessary, particularly with regard to cutting and handling glass. It is your Tutor’s responsibility to deliver the appropriate safety information and provide PPE where appropriate and it is the Student’s responsibility to follow that advice and instruction. Please be assured that every precaution has been taken to ensure your safety during your session. The workshop is fully risk-assessed. Any student who refuses to follow the appropriate safety advice causing a risk to themselves or others will be asked to leave. Alcohol consumption is NOT permitted during the workshop.
